Studio Time & Overtime
Your session includes only the time booked. Please arrive promptly.

Only ring our unit or staff 10 minutes before your booking time. There’s plenty of space in our break out area to wait with guests. Otherwise, you may be interrupting someone else’s recording.

If you wish to bring props or re-position the room, you’re welcome to, but this must be included within the booking time.

Your booking must include any time you need to set up, clear up and/or transfer data to your personal device(s), our cloud. Please ensure you have factored this in when selecting the duration of your session. Most file transfers take 10 - 15 minutes.

Additional time beyond your booking will be charged at the standard half-hourly rate and is subject to availability.

If booking multiple separate sessions in one day (rather than a single extended session), a minimum break of three hours is required between sessions.

File Storage
We will keep a backup of all files (unless otherwise arranged) for a total of seven days (7 days). Please check your footage thoroughly before this deadline. Sometimes things get missed, we would hate for you to lose your footage/ audio.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 7 weekdays before the booking: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Less than 7 weekdays before the booking: No refund or rescheduling.

Delivery of Assets/ Edits
All files will be delivered separately, that means individual audio and video tracks, nothing synced. If you want synced files we offer a Cut to Speaker service for £180 per episode.

Files will be sent via Google Drive up to 48hours after your recording date and remain available for 14 days from delivery. Please download promptly.

Client-Supplied SSD & Data Disclaimer
Where clients supply their own SSD for file transfer, all files and data are provided entirely at the client’s own risk.
We strongly recommend that all files are fully backed up prior to your session, and that SSDs provided are empty and dedicated solely for the transfer of files from your booking.
Whilst we take care when handling client-supplied SSDs, Podcast House accepts no responsibility for any loss, corruption, deletion or damage to files or data, however caused. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware failure, compatibility issues, or data corruption.
Any liability, where established, shall be strictly limited to the physical replacement cost of the SSD only. No liability is accepted for the value of any data, content, intellectual property, or any consequential or financial loss.
We do not guarantee the integrity, transfer success, or future usability of any files stored on client-supplied SSDs.

Studio Conduct
No smoking or alcohol is allowed in the studio.

We reserve the right to stop any session in the event of abusive, unsafe or unprofessional behaviour.
